In occasione del 133º compleanno di nascita della nostra fondatrice Beata Madre Crocifissa, quest’anno c’è stato un evento di grazia tutto speciale e molto significativo per la storia della nostra Congregazione. Finalmente, dopo circa 100 anni, la Beata M. Crocifissa nella persona delle sue figlie spirituali trova la casa nel suo paese natale dove ha trascorso i primissimi anni della sua vita e dove ha sentito e ha accolto l’aspirazione del grande ideale di riunirsi con alcune compagne e far rifiorire il Carmelo nel suo paese e in molti altri.
Per l’inaugurazione di questa nuova e speciale presenza della Beata M. Crocifissa nel suo paese, è stata celebrata la solenne liturgia eucaristica presieduta da sua eccellenza mons. Antonio Staglianò Vescovo della diocesi di Noto e hanno concelebrato i diversi parroci e i sacerdoti della diocesi.
Era stata presente la nostra Superiora generale, sr M. Madalena Tada, la consigliera generale sr M. Lilian Kapongo, la superiora provinciale sr M. Angela Elefante, tutte le superiore delle diverse comunità della provincia Maria Madre del Carmelo e le sorelle che delle comunità vicine. Erano presenti le autorità civili guidate dal Sindaco di Ispica e numerosi fedeli della città di Ispica e dintorni.
Dopo la celebrazione Eucaristica è seguita la processione con Gesù eucaristico verso la nuova casa dove il vescovo ha impartito la benedizione e ha conservato l’eucaristia nel tabernacolo della nuova cappella delle suore.
Si potrebbero riassumere così i vari messaggi di ringraziamento, di gioia e di aspettative che sono stati espressi in molteplici modi dalle autorità ecclesiastiche, civili e da molte persone:
Prima di tutto c’è stato quasi un ritornello di un caloroso e gioioso “benvenuto, bentornata a casa, Madre Crocifissa, nostra concittadina, nella persona delle tue figlie spirituali”. Poi un grande desiderio di riconciliarsi con la storia che per tanti anni ha visto la Beata M. Crocifissa fuori da Ispica, si diceva che “Da oggi non si può più parlare di rifiuto della Beata M. Crocifissa nella sua patria, ma di un’ accoglienza e di una presenza molto esemplare per tutto il paese”. Lei è una figura che richiama alla comunione di tutti gli ispicesi, non ci sono barriere e quindi anche le sue figlie che oggi sono accolte gioiosamente, dovrebbero inserirsi in questa prospettiva di comunione, la loro presenza non dovrebbe essere legata ad una sola parrocchia o gruppo ecclesiale, ma deve essere sentita da tutti perché la Beata M. Crocifissa è di tutti. Inoltre si è sentito molto il desiderio di sperimentare le parole profetiche della beata M. Crocifissa: “Far rifiorire il Carmelo nel suo paese”. Che non basta soltanto questo ritorno in patria, ma far sentire a tutti: bambini, giovani, famiglie ecc i valori della spiritualità carmelitana soprattutto nel Cuore di Gesù Eucaristico come modo specifico della Beata M. Crocifissa di vivere alla presenza di Dio come insegna la tradizione spirituale carmelitana.
Auguriamo alle quattro sorelle che formano la nuova comunità di Ispica: sr M. Carla Zaccaria, sr M. Giacomina Macauda, sr M. Giuseppina Campanella e sr M. Patrizia Piquero, un buon inizio di questa missione sostenute dalle nostre preghiera a Dio per intercessione della beata Vergine Maria del monte Carmelo, di S.Teresa del Bambino Gesù e della Beata M. Crocifissa e padre Lorenzo.
___________________________ Para marcar o 133o aniversário do nascimento da nossa fundadora Beata Madre Crocifissa, este ano aconteceu em um momento de graça muito especial e muito importante para a história da nossa congregação. Finalmente, depois de mais ou menos 100 anos, a Beata M. Crucifissa na pessoa de suas filhas espirituais encontra a casa em sua cidade natal, onde passou os primeiros anos de sua vida e onde ele ouviu e acolheu a aspiração do grande ideal para se reunir com alguns companheiras e para prosperar em seu país e no
Carmelo em muitos outros.
Para a inauguração desta nova e especial presença da Beata M. Crucifissa no seu país, foi celebrada a solene Liturgia Eucarística presidida por Sua Excelência Mons. Antonio Stagliano Bispo da Diocese de Noto e os outros sacerdotes concelebrantes da diocese.
Participaram a nossa Superiora Geral, Ir. M. Madalena Tada, Conselheira Geral Ir M.Lilian Kaponga, a Superiora Provincial Ir. Angela Elefante, as superioras das diversas comunidades da província da Mãe Maria do Carmo e irmãs das comunidades vizinhas. Estiveram presentes autoridades civis, o prefeito de Ispica e muitos fiéis de Ispica e próximo da cidade.
Após a celebração eucarística, aconteceu a procissão com Jesus na Eucaristia, para a nova casa, o bispo deu a bênção e manteve a Eucaristia no sacrario da nova capela das irmãs.
Poderíamos assim resumir a mensagem de gratidão, de alegria e expectativas que foram expressas de diversas maneiras pelas autoridades eclesiásticas, civis e por muitas pessoas:
Primeiro, houve quase um refrão de uma casa acolhedora e alegre bem-vindos, bem-vindo, Mãe da Cruz, os nossos concidadãos, na pessoa de suas filhas espirituais ". Em seguida, um grande desejo de se reconciliar com a história que durante tantos anos tem visto a Beata M. Crucificado fora Ispica, foi dito que "A partir de hoje já não podemos falar de rejeição da M. Beata Crucifissa na sua pátria, mas um "bem-vindas e uma presença muito exemplar em todo o país."
Ela é uma figura que lembra a comunhão de todas em Ispica, não existem barreiras e, portanto, suas filhas, que agora estamos felizes devemos inserir nesta pespectiva de comunhao assumindo uma presença ampla, não deve estar ligado a uma paróquia ou grupo Igreja, mas deve ser sentida por todos, porque a M. Beata Crucifissa è de todos.
Além disso, sente-se muito o desejo de experimentar as palavras proféticas da Beata M. Crucifissa: "Fazer reflorescer o Carmelo em seu país." Só este retorno não é suficiente, mas fazer com que todos: crianças, jovens, famílias e sobretudo os valores da espiritualidade carmelita, especialmente do Coração Eucarístico de Jesus, como especifico da Beata M. Crucifissa para viver na presença de Deus como ensina a tradição espiritual do Carmelo.
Parabenizamos as quatro irmãs que formam a nova comunidade de Ispica: sr M. Carla Zaccaria, sr M. Giacomina Macauda, sr M. Giuseppina Campanella e sr M. Patrizia Piquero, e desejamos um bom inicio para essa missão, apoiadas pela nossa oração a Deus, por intercessão da Bem-Aventurada Virgem Maria do Monte Carmelo, Santa Teresinha de Lisieux e Bem M. Crucificado e Padre Lourenço.
__________________________________In this year, the 133rd birthdate anniversary of our foundress, Blessed Maria Crocifissa Curcio,was marked by a very significant event: the presence of a new community. This is a very special and meaningful one, for us in the history of our congregation. Finally, after about 100 years, in the person of her spiritual daughters, the Blessed Maria Crocifissa Curcio, revived in her homeland, in her hometown where she spent in the first few years of her life, and where she heard and welcomed the aspiration of the great ideal and mission that is “ to joined together with some companions in order to let flourish Carmel in her country and in many others”.
In the highlighted inauguration, the solemn Eucharistic Liturgy celebration was presided over by His Excellency Msgr. Antonio Staglianò Bishop of the Diocese of Noto, concelebrated by many priests of the diocese. There were also a joyous partecipation of our Superior General: Sr. M. Madalena Tada, General Councilor: Sr. Lilian Kapongo, the Provincial Superior: Sr. Angela Elefante, and all other superiors from the different communities of the province: Maria Madre del Carmelo and some sisters of the neighboring communities. In the occasion we were honored also by the presence of the civil authorities led by the Mayor of Ispica and some faithful persons from Ispica and many others from the nearby city. After the Eucharistic celebration, the event was followed by the procession with “Jesus in the Eucharist” going to the new home, where the bishop gave the blessing and has kept the Blessed Eucharist in the tabernacle of the sister’s new chapel. A grand blessings, that one could expressed messages of gratitude, joy and expectations that were manifested in various ways by the ecclesiastical authorities, civilians and many other people: First there was almost a refrain of a warm and felt joyous welcome, “welcome home, Mother Crocifissa - our fellow citizen: in the person of your spiritual daughters!." Then it was followed by remembering back with the absence story of the Blessed M. Crocifissa from her homeland, that was felt for so many years, as it is recalled and seen through her spiritual daughters living only outside from Ispica, it was then said that "From now on, we can no longer speak of rejection to the Blessed M. Crocifissa in her homeland, but a 'welcome and this is a start of a very exemplary presence throughout the land. " She is a figure that recalls the communion of all Ispica, there are no barriers and therefore her daughters who are now happily accepted, should be a part of this vision of communion, their presence should not be tied up only to a single parish or Church group, but must be felt by everybody, because the Blessed M. Crocifissa is for the unity of all. Furthermore, the desire to experience the prophetic words of the Blessed M. Crocifissa: "That Carmel May Bloom in her country." Only this return is not enough, but there is a need to excert more efforts to make everyone: children, youth, families and so on to live the values of Carmelite spirituality especially in the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus as the Blessed M. Crocifissa live in the presence of God and as she taught by the spiritual tradition of Carmel.
